Shipping Policy

Once a piece has been crafted, it is inspected by my meticulous eye, then packed by hand.

Larger and commissioned pieces, when possible will be delivered with a personal handover experience.

Continental bound work will be shipped in aircraft grade containers, and when possible installed by my team.

Return & Exchange Policy

With a majority of our work made to order to your own requirements it is sadly unlikely we will be able to except any returns unless a product is damaged

Damaged orders will be rectified immediately.

Commissioned orders are non refundable.
